Structural shapes include such things as angles, misc channels, ship and car channels, I Beams, Wide flange beams, flat bars, square bars, round bars, round tubing, square tubing rectangular tubing to name the most common. Keep in mind that when calculating the length required, there is a certain amount of extra materials needed on each end of the material for bending. Detailed drawings are always the best but detailed written descriptions can be used and sometimes we may seek clarification. Angles
Rolled leg in or leg out that can be used for such things as flanges, support rings for storage tanks, stiffer rings for metal cylinders, support rings for platforms, and handrails for platforms, Please specify if the angle is to be rolled leg in or leg out and if the legs are different widths, please specify what leg is rolled in or what leg is rolled out. It is also requested that you provide the measurement of the outside diameter for all leg in angle. If leg out, please specify which leg is out for odd leg angles as well as the measurement to the inside of the angle either inside radius or inside diameter. Unsure of what you need? Channels
We can roll channels flange in, flange out and sometimes hardway. Please specify if the material is to be rolled flanges in (FI) or flanges out (FO). It is also requested that you provide the measure needed to the inside radius or diameter for flanges out and to the outside radius or diameter when rolled flanges in. Beams

Bars
Square bars and round bars are common items that need to be made onto rings for handwheels, ladder rungs, support structures and many other uses. Please provide the most critical dimensions for bending to the outside, centerline or inside and if the dimension provided is the radius or diameter of the bend. Unsure of what you need? Tubing
SQ, RT: Mostly for construction we can bend square tube and rectangular tubing to your exacting requirement. For square tubing, we need the most critical dimension, inside or outside radius or diameter. For rectangular tubing we need the same information but also need to know of the tubing is to be rolled the easy way or the hard way. Unsure of what you need?
